The programme is part of the broader Dutch-Polish cooperation framework

Over two days, young Dutch and Polish diplomats worked together on how our two countries can navigate in an increasingly uncertain geopolitical environment. Participants shared perspectives on geopolitical developments and explored common priorities such as security, resilience, critical dependencies, and artificial intelligence. Alongside these discussions, they practised core diplomatic competences, including negotiation strategies. The programme also made use of The Hague’s international setting, with visits to the Polish Embassy and the Carnegie Foundation - Peace Palace. The programme is part of the broader Dutch-Polish cooperation framework which builds on the Utrecht Conference and contributes to the close partnership between both countries.

A big thank you to all participants for their valuable contributions and enthusiasm throughout the programme. Special thanks as well to Ron Ton and Caspar Wanders from The Clingendael Institute for their support and expertise.
