From 6-18 November, delegates from 200 countries gathered in Sharm el Sheikh (Egypt), for the COP27 climate summit. The yearly multilateral climate negotiations were difficult as ever when Parties tried to live up to this year’s slogan: “together for implementation”. Seven years post the landmark Paris Agreement, COP27 was hailed as a critical moment for political commitment and implementation.
