Themes I work on at the Academy:

• Writing skills, e.g. courses on writing policy papers for submission to ministers, writing for the messaging system and writing skills for management assistants;

• Job-related courses on themes including advising, influencing and personal effectiveness.

Through formal and informal learning, I’ve gained expertise in purchasing and procurement for social and other specific services in particular. I also represent the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the client council of the procurement category ‘learning and development’. I regularly join teams of experts in this category in government-wide European procurement procedures.
