As a senior advisor, I am involved in a wide range of learning activities and programmes that support the development of knowledge and skills among colleagues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In collaboration with colleagues from various directorates and missions, I organise lectures on current affairs and strategic themes.

I work closely with the Strategic Policy Unit (ESA) to align strategic initiatives with relevant learning opportunities, such as the Strategic Forecasting training courses. To ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of staff at missions abroad, I also collaborate with the Locally Employed Staff Council (LESC).

International cooperation is essential. I engage with the Academy of European External Action Service (EEAS) and foreign diplomatic academies to jointly advance the training of diplomats for today’s international landscape. Knowledge exchange and institutional collaboration takes place through European and bilateral initiatives, such as the European Diplomatic Programme (EDP) and the Joint Diplomatic Programme with the UK.
